Requirements

This program is open to minority seniors graduating from high schools in the southeastern Pennsylvania region, which includes Delaware and South Jersey.

Applicants must be planning to enroll at a 2 or 4-year institution of higher education in any state.

They must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

U.S. citizenship is required.
