The Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez Anaheim Achievement Scholarship is for Latino or Latina Anaheim Union High School District, California graduates seeking an associate or bachelor's degree. First-generation college students who reside in Orange County, California are welcome to apply. Preference will be given to applicants who participated in Head Start or a related program or attended school in the Anaheim City School District.
