Requirements

This program is open to members of the Connecticut Army National Guard and Organized Militia, their children, their spouses, and children of Connecticut National Guard retirees.

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll at an accredited college or technical program in any state.

Selection is based on achievement and citizenship.
