Requirements

This program is open to full-time students at community colleges in Connecticut.

Applicants must be preparing for a major in a field that relates to the mission of the U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) or any of its strategic enterprises: earth science, space science, human exploration and development of space, and aerospace technology.

They must be U.S. citizens and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

The consortium is a component of the National Space Grant program of NASA, which encourages participation by diverse segments of the population (American Indians, Alaska Natives, Asians, African Americans, Hispanics, Pacific Islanders, women, and persons with disabilities).
