Requirements
  • This program is open to U.S. citizens who are working on a nursing degree at the undergraduate or graduate level at a school in Kansas.
  • Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • They must be enrolled in at least 6 hours per semester, but preference is given to fulltime students.
  • The following priority is used in awarding scholarships: 1) R.N.s working on B.S.N.s and employed in public health settings; and 2) graduate and postgraduate nursing students in public health nursing or public health (e.g., M.P.H. degree).
