The Conservation Officers of Pennsylvania Scholarship is available to graduating seniors or current undergraduate students who have or had a Pennsylvania hunting license. Students seeking an associate or bachelor's degree in conservation of wildlife and related fields are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students associated with the Conservation Officers of Pennsylvania (COPA), the PA Game Commission, or the PA Fish and Boat Commission.
