Requirements
  • This program is open to graduating high school seniors and students currently enrolled full-time at an accredited college, university, or trade school in any state.
  • The parents or guardians of applicants must own or be employed by a CIC member firm maintaining a current associate or full membership in the CIC. Applicants may major in any field, but they must submit a 500word essay on how they, through their intended field of study, will impact and benefit the construction industry.
  • Selection is based on that essay, academic achievement, community service, and school and nonschool activities.
