The Cook Coggin Scholarship is available to students at Mississippi State University enrolled in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Students seeking a bachelor's, graduate degree, or Ph.D in civil and environmental engineering-related fields are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students who have completed an internship or co-op with Cook Coggin Engineers, Inc. or are children of current employees.
