Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from public high schools in Oregon.
  • Applicants must be interested in attending a 2 or 4-year college or university in the state.
  • They must have been active in the community and school affairs, have at least a 3.5 GPA, and be able to enroll in the fall term after graduating from high school.
  • Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
  • Girls and boys are considered separately.
