Courageous Persuaders Competition recognizes and rewards high school students from any state who submit outstanding videos of commercials on the dangers of underage drinking or texting while driving.

Requirements
  • This competition is open to individuals or teams of students in the U.S. (or its territories) or Canadian high schools, grades 9-12.
  • Applicants, including all members of teams, must be U.S. or Canadian citizens.
  • They must submit a video, up to 30 seconds in length, on the dangers of underage drinking and/or texting while driving (they may enter either or both competitions).
  • The target audience is middle school classrooms.
  • Commercials may be submitted either online to YouTube or other Internet sites or as a DVD by mail.
