The Cpl. Glenn Hilliard Legacy Scholarship supports graduates of public high schools in Somerset, Worcester, or Wicomico counties, Maryland who are enrolled in the criminal justice program at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Students pursuing an undergraduate degree are welcome to apply.
