The Croft Brothers Challenge Scholarship recognizes graduates of high schools in Effingham County, Illinois. Applicants may be returning adult students regardless of the year that they graduated from high school. Students with a disability who are seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are welcome to apply.
