The CSA Fraternal Life Scholarship provides financial assistance for undergraduate study to members of CSA Fraternal Life. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, or Wisconsin with Czech or Slovak ancestry are eligible to apply. Applicants must have a life insurance policy with CSA for consideration.

Requirements
  • Member of CSA Fraternal Life for a minimum of two (2) continuous years and have a permanent life insurance policy

  • Resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, or Wisconsin
