The Cumberland Retired School Personnel Scholarship is available to rising college sophomores, juniors, or seniors currently enrolled in an accredited institution of higher learning in North Carolina. Students who demonstrate initiative, financial need, and are involved in the community are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students from Cumberland County, North Carolina.
