Requirements
  • This program is open to students who are enrolled full-time at an accredited trade, technical, or vocational school and have a tie to the DCA. Applicants must be the employee, spouse, child, stepchild, or grandchild of a DCA member company (contractor or associate).
  • They may have any major or career goal.
  • Selection is based on short essays on assigned topics, activities, community service, and financial needs.
