The CWOA LT Art and Eleanor Colona Scholarship provides financial support to the children of active, retired, or reserved enlisted personnel of the U.S. Coast Guard. Students who are pursuing a full-time college or university degree are eligible to apply. The recipients will be selected based on their active participation in extracurricular activities and community service.
