The Cynthia Roberts Memorial Endowed Scholarship is available to undergraduate students attending the Broward College Robert "Bob" Elmore Honors College or members of Phi Theta Kappa (PTK). Students seeking an associate or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. International students will also be considered.
