Requirements
  • This program is open to incoming freshmen, undergraduates, or graduate students who are enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university and have a tie to the DCA. Applicants must be the employee, spouse, child, stepchild, or grandchild of a DCA member company (contractor or associate).
  • They may have any major or career goal.
  • Selection is based on 2 short essays on assigned topics, academic and community achievements, college entrance test scores, and financial need.
