The Daniel R. Miller (Fretts) Memorial Scholarship is available to current college students as well as graduating seniors from Southmoreland High School or Central Westmoreland Career & Technology Center. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students living in Scottdale Borough or East Huntingdon Township.
