Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, and Solano counties who are or have been in foster care.
  • Applicants must be graduating high school seniors, high school graduates, or GED recipients younger than 24 years of age.
  • They must have been accepted at an accredited college, university, community college, or vocational program in any state.
  • Their most recent GPA must be 2.0 or higher.
