Requirements
  • This program is open to 1) graduating high school seniors who are interested in attending college to work on a degree in law enforcement; and 2) current law enforcement officials who are working on an advanced degree.
  • Applicants must submit a 1,000word essay on 1 of the following topics: 1) a time when they demonstrated service above self and what it taught them, or 2) why they have chosen a career in law enforcement and their goals.
  • Selection is based on that essay, academic achievement, and extracurricular and volunteer activities.
