Requirements

Minimum 2.80 GPA

Attending colleges and universities located in the states included in the AATCC's California, Northwest, (inactive) Midwest, and (inactive) Pacific sections

U.S. citizen

Participation in community service, extracurricular activities, leadership, or work

Demonstrate financial need
