David B. Ratterman Fast Start Scholarship is open to incoming freshman and sophomore students who are the children of or share a permanent residence with AISC Full Member Company employees. Students planning to pursue post-secondary education are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students who demonstrate financial need.
