The David Kauweloa and E. Darlene Kaupu Scholarship is offered to current undergraduate or graduate students who are pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree at a college or university. Students who are past or current residents of Molokai Island in Hawaii receive special consideration. It is also the policy of the Foundation to give preference to students of Hawaiian ancestry to the extent permitted by law.
