The David L. and Frances G. Ray Scholarship awards merit- and need-based scholarships to seniors and past graduates from Lind-Ritzville, Washtucna, and Lacrosse high schools in Washington, homeschoolers from those areas, or seniors, graduates, and homeschoolers from any other high school in Washington who are members or descendants of members of either the Ralston or Rimrock granges. Students who have participated in school and community activities or have been employed are encouraged to apply. Preference is given to students who are pursuing a degree in the medical or medical-related fields and those with financial needs.

  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree
