The David Larkin Memorial Scholarship is an opportunity for graduating high school seniors of Elk County high schools in Pennsylvania. Those who are seeking an associate or bachelor's degree in human development, family studies, psychology, social work, art, architecture, or humanities studies are welcome to apply. Special consideration will be given to first-generation college students.
