Miller Scholarship is available to graduating seniors at high schools in Armstrong, Cambria, Clarion, Clearfield, Elk, Forrest, Indiana, Jefferson, or Westmoreland Counties, Pennsylvania. Students seeking an associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related trades are eligible to apply.
