The DC Mayor’s Scholars Undergraduate Program is available to residents of DC who are pursuing or planning to pursue their first associate or bachelor's degree. Students who are enrolled in one of the participating colleges or universities are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need and satisfactory academic promise.
