The DC Mayor’s Scholars Undergraduate Program is available to District of Columbia residents who are pursuing or planning to pursue their first associate or bachelor’s degree. Students enrolled at participating colleges or universities are eligible to apply. Recipients are selected based on demonstrated financial need.
