The Debi Peterson Memorial Education College Bound Scholarship is offered to Flagler County high school seniors graduating from Flagler-Palm Coast or Matanzas high schools in Florida. Students who are planning to attend a 2-4 year college or university in order to study engineering, project management, construction, or a related field are welcome to apply.
