The Deblinger Family Scholarship is available to single, female parents who are residents of Alameda, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, or San Mateo counties, in California who demonstrate financial need. Students who are seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to residents of East Palo Alto, Oakland, San Jose, and Watsonville, California.
