The Deborah Bornmann Allen Scholarship is open to undergraduate members of Kappa Alpha Theta who live in Florida. Members who are pursuing an undergraduate degree are encouraged to apply. If no Florida residents apply, the award is available to Kappa Alpha Theta members who reside in any state and are pursuing an undergraduate degree.
