The Deborah Fehnel Bosworth Scholarship supports female and gender-diverse Oregon students who are working to overcome alcohol abuse or eating disorders, or who plan to focus their careers on prevention and detection, as they continue their postsecondary education. Students who plan to enroll at least part time at an Oregon community college are encouraged to apply.

  • Planning a career in the prevention and detection of alcohol or eating disorders
  • Resident of the U.S.
  • Graduating high school senior or high school graduate (including GED recipient and homeschooled student), or college student
  • Seeking an associate degree, full or parttime
  • Attending or planning to attend a community college in Oregon
  • U.S. citizen or eligible noncitizen
  • Female and gender diverse students
