Del Mar-Leucadia Local Scholarship provides financial assistance to female residents of San Diego County, California who plan to reenter college in any state.

Requirements

This program is open to residents of San Diego County who are reentry women (defined as a student who did not go directly to college after high school or a student who started college, dropped out, and is now returning).

Applicants must be U.S. citizens and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

They must be planning to enroll fulltime at a 4-year college or university in any state.

Financial need is considered in the selection process.

Preference is given to applicants majoring in nursing or a field of STEM.
