The Dennis and Phyllis Washington Diesel Tech Scholarship supports U.S. citizen students at Montana State University Billings who are enrolled at least half-time in the diesel technology program and are pursuing an associate degree. This scholarship recognizes students who demonstrate involvement in extracurricular and community activities. Special consideration is given to Montana high school graduates, residents, and students with financial need.
