The Dennis J. Beck Memorial Scholarship is awarded to minority students who are residents of Jackson County, Michigan. Those who demonstrate personal responsibility are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students seeking a degree in manufacturing and related studies.

  • Graduating high school senior, returning learner, or a student enrolled in the Jackson College Prison Education Initiative who has completed at least one semester and is housed in a Jackson County Corrections facility
  • Proven personal responsibility through work, community, or family activities
  • Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to students seeking a degree in manufacturing and related studies.
