The Dependent Children Scholarship is available to Tennessee residents who are dependent children of a Tennessee law enforcement officer, firefighter, or emergency medical service technician who was killed or totally and permanently disabled while performing official duties. Students who attend an eligible Tennessee college or university are eligible to apply.
