The Detlev & Mary Ellen Preissler Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who live in Berkeley, Jefferson, or Morgan counties, West Virginia. Students who have a passion for the arts and/or nature, and are planning to pursue an associate or bachelor's degree at any college in West Virginia, are welcome to apply.
