The Dewitt Churchwell Memorial Excellence in Construction Scholarship awards need-based scholarships to high school graduates, or GED recipients in Texas. Children of a current employee of a member company of the Associated Builders and Contractors South Texas Chapter, the San Antonio Chapter of the Associated General Contractors, and/or the American Subcontractors' Association are welcome to apply.
