The Diane Hoppe Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who are residents of Colorado and are interested in Western water. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students interested in pursuing a career in water or water-related fields and those with proven leadership in Western water or water-related issues.
