The Diane Siemer Scholarship recognizes residents of Effingham County in Illinois who have earned their GED certificates or are Pathway graduates. Students who are seeking a professional certification, associate's, or bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply. Previous recipients and students who are attending or planning to attend Lake Land College receive special consideration.
