The Diane Turner Memorial Scholarship was created in honor of a 40-year career as a journalism instructor at Tarrant County College. Competitive applicants currently enrolled at Tarrant County College will explain their interest in journalism through an essay and intend to pursue a career in journalism or mass communications. Special consideration is given to Tarrant County College student staff members.
