Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Del Norte, Humboldt, Lake, and Mendocino counties in California who are graduating high school seniors or students already enrolled as freshmen or sophomores at a college or university in any state.
  • Applicants must be working on or planning to work on a degree in science or engineering to prepare for a career in transportation.
  • In the selection process, financial need is considered but is not a primary factor.
