The Dixie Holder Memorial Scholarship is available to older than average Army ROTC students attending Corban University, Oregon State University, Oregon State University - Cascades Campus, or Western Oregon University. Contracted ROTC students who demonstrate financial need are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to juniors, seniors, and completion ROTC students.
