The Don and Carol Pardue Scholarship is a merit- and need-based program for graduating seniors from any public high school in Wilkes County, North Carolina. Students should plan to attend Wilkes Community College or any of the University of North Carolina campuses. Recipients should exhibit participation in community service. Special consideration may be given to students pursuing a degree in education or to members of the United Methodist Church of North Wilkesboro, North Carolina.
