The Don and Nancy Edwards Scholarship recognizes high school juniors who have been recommended by the Upward Bound Program at the University of Delaware or the Delaware Technical Community College. Students demonstrating academic ability and planning to pursue a bachelor's degree are welcome to apply. Applications are available through an Upward Bound program counselor.
