The Don and Rosemary Pullin Family Scholarship supports graduates of public high schools in Multnomah and Washington counties in Oregon, including GED recipients, as they continue their postsecondary education. Special consideration is given to first-generation citizens who were born in the U.S., and first-generation college students, as well as students with a required GPA.

  • Residents of Washington or Multnomah counties who have earned their GED
  • Seeking an associate or bachelor's degree, full or parttime
  • Planning to attend school in Oregon
  • U.S. citizen or eligible noncitizen
  • Demonstrate financial need Preference given to firstgeneration citizens who were born in the U.S., and first-generation college students, as well as students with a GPA of 3.20-3.70.
