Don Riebhoff Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to licensed radio amateurs who are members of the American Radio Relay League (ARRL) and interested in working on an undergraduate or graduate degree in international studies.

Requirements

This program is open to undergraduate or graduate students who are licensed radio amateurs of technician class or higher.

Preference is given to ARRL members working on a baccalaureate or higher degree in international studies at an accredited postsecondary institution in any state.

Applicants must submit an essay on the role amateur radio has played in their lives and provide documentation of financial need.

Selection is based on academic merit, financial need, and interest in promoting amateur radio.
