Don Roddy Memorial Scholarship

About the Scholarship

The Don Roddy Memorial Scholarship is for graduating seniors from Waynesburg Central High School, in Greene County, Pennsylvania. The scholarship was created in memory of Don Roddy, an educator, coach, and avid sports enthusiast who was 50 years old when he died of colon cancer. Roddy taught physical education for 28 years at Waynesburg Central High School in Greene County. Roddy is remembered by his family and friends for his loving heart, kind soul, and positive attitude.
