The Donald W. F. Ching Memorial Scholarship is for residents of Hawai'i who are studying for a degree in aviation. Recipients who demonstrate financial needs are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students in the following order: renewals, first-generation college student, and to candidates with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
