The Doris Bell Memorial Scholarship, named in honor of the wife of longtime Tarrant County College Board of Trustees President J. Ardis Bell, M.D. is for students seeking a certificate of completion or associate degree in nursing or the allied health science fields of study. Students attending or planning to attend Tarrant County College are encouraged to apply.
